About me

Hi! My name is Kim Chi but you can call me Kim. I teach SLOW VINYASA FLOW.

Fourteen years ago, I first stepped onto a yoga mat seeking a refuge for my soul following the painful collapse of my first marriage. Yoga gradually became a passionate pursuit; I loved conquering advanced postures and exploring the limits of my physical capacity.

However, after nearly ten years of dedicated, daily practice, life threw a curveball. I was diagnosed with breast cancer, and my doctor advised me to stop my physical yoga practice. Forced to step away from the movements I loved, I did not abandon the path—instead, I immersed myself in meditation and breathwork (Pranayama). It was during those quiet, challenging days that I discovered the amazing power of yoga for inner healing. Yoga ceased to be just an exercise; it became my lifelong companion. When I reached remission, I returned to the mat. I began completely anew with basic movements, practicing slowly, deeply, and mindfully, coordinating every motion with my breath. Witnessing my body reclaim its physical strength, flexibility, and vitality day by day sparked a calling within me. I knew I had to share this gift with others.

Encouraged by my life partner, I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course to deepen my knowledge of asana, breathwork, meditation, and anatomy. Through this,I finally found the answer to who I am and what unique value I can bring to this world. I am here to:

  • Guide beginners and cancer survivors as they rebuild physical strength, enhancing mobility, and cultivating flexibility from a deeply safe foundation.

  • Help you reconnect with your body, discover a lifelong love for yoga, and step into a life of vibrant well-being and positive energy.
